One ID card buys one resident ticket; Two ID cards buy two resident tickets. Century Village Owners and Renters may only purchase tickets for themselves and their guests. All Owners and Renters must present a valid West Palm Beach Century Village ID to purchase and pick up tickets at the Ticket Office, including but not limited to tickets purchased online. Absolutely No Exceptions.

All ticket sales are final. All programs are subject to change and/or modification without notice. In the event a show headliner cancels, no refunds will be given when a comparable show is scheduled. When a purchased ticket is eligible for a refund, a refund will only be given upon the presentation of the whole, unaltered ticket. You will have 30 days from the announcement of the show cancellation to receive your refund from the Ticket Office. After that date, no refunds will be given. If tickets are purchased online, the convenience charge will not be refunded.

Please note that photography, audio, or videotaping is strictly prohibited.

For all live entertainment (shows and dances) the dress code is “Dressy Casual”. No shorts or skorts are allowed. Men must wear collared shirts. Due to respiratory illnesses, perfume and colognes are not permitted when attending shows, movies and/or dances.

Doors open for shows, dances and movies 30 minutes prior to show time. Performance length for shows varies between 75 and 90 minutes. Please display the courtesy of not leaving the theater until the end of the performance.

Resident ID or Guest Pass is required for admittance to shows, dances and movies. No one under the age of 16 is permitted to attend shows or movies. No one under the age of 21 is permitted to attend dances.

Century Village recreational facilities, including the theater, are handicapped accessible. Persons with disabilities needing special accommodations should contact the Ticket Office to request such accommodation.

Effective immediately facial coverings are optional for all persons utilizing the theater. All persons using the recreation facilities do so at their own risk. As public health and safety protocols evolve, management will continue to abide by all CDC recommendations and guidelines. In the event the CDC or your Management and UCO Operations Committee deem it necessary to require facial coverings and/or social distancing in the theater, please be prepared to comply with such guidelines. All persons using the recreation facilities, including the theater, do so at their own risk.
